what's up guys Bob Buskirk here at think computers and what I'm going to show you today is how to get Google Chrome on your Kindle Fire HD goo or Amazon kind of locks that out they want you to use their browser which isn't that great and it doesn't support flash so this is a very easy tutorial on how to do that so I'm going to go ahead and go through the steps it's very very easy so the first thing you're going to want to do is slide down and go into your settings go into settings and then device and then a lot see where it says allow installations of applications from unknown sources make sure that is selected to on you want that you want to have that on so we're going to go back home and then what you're going to want to do is go to your apps go to the store and you're going to want to download a program called ES file browser and it is on the Amazon App Store so you go ES file or file explorer I'm sorry ES file explorer I'll have links for this in the actual article as well go ahead click that and we are going to download and it is downloading the hair for us and it is installing and give it a second here all right so it is downloaded installed you're going to go back home and go into your actual browser and you're going to want to download the Google Chrome apk which is the installation file for google chrome on Android we have it saved in a bitly link so it's easier sheet so you guys can download it but I will have it linked in the actual article and on the YouTube page as well so you guys know where to get it from so I can do this without messing up here so go to the bitly link and we hit go and it's going to redirect us to our dropbox and it says starting download right there and you can actually track the download if you scroll down we'll clear this out oh we hit clear all there we go and you can see it has downloaded now what you can actually do is you can hit this and it will actually launch it but sometimes you're like me and you're an idiot and you hit clear all and you're like oh man where did that down.look go that's why we downloaded the ES file browser so we go home ES file browser and you have all these folders right here you're going to want to go to the download folder and you can see our Google Chrome apk is right there so you click on it it's going to ask you if you want to install just hit install and we are installing Google Chrome very easy to do and it says application installed you can either open it or hit done we'll hit done and we'll go back home and you can see on our apps here on our device we have Google Chrome right there let's go ahead and launch it and accept the terms and conditions and one thing about google chrome on Android at least for the Kindle Fire HD is you're not able to sign in but we want the better browsing experience anyway so we hit okay go back into landscape mode here and we'll go to safe thing computers just to show you this works very well you know and here we go there goes it came up just like that you can see everything runs really well and you do have what's great about Chrome is that you do have let's go to a CES page so we can bring up a video for you guys and let's go to say scroll down here go to one of these let's say let's go to Lenovo and we'll wait for it to load let's take a little bit time to load of course on you know your tablet here and we'll scroll down and what's great about this is that you can watch YouTube videos to give it second for it to load here you can see it's just block right now but it will eventually load here there it goes and we can click here and boom YouTube video all ready to go of course my internet seems to be really slow right now for some reason okay there you go watching YouTube right on your Amazon Kindle Fire HD you know in any Flash content should work on the Chrome browser so that's basically it for how to install Google Chrome on your Amazon Kindle Fire HD it's very easy if you have any questions leave them below I'm going to have all the links below as well where to download the e ES File Explorer where to download the Google Chrome apk and of course a link to the article on thin computer so that's basically it I hope you guys get Chrome on your Amazon Kindle Fire HD catch you guys later you
