hi this is Ruth from the full cup and today we're going to go over how we wash our bras so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to take a cat full of our delicate wash and we're going to put it in a basin up or a sink full of cool water I've got this wonderful little bin right here that we're gonna use today we're going to put it in the water we're going to swish it around a little bit and then we're going to take our bra and we're going to put it in the water you just place it in there let it sit for at least 15 minutes a little longer if it's really dirty but generally I find you don't really need to let it sit for more than about 30 minutes you can switch it around if you a little more if me too but you really don't when you're done when you get done with that time you're going to take it out you're going to rinse it off you're going to hang it up and let it dry and that's pretty much all it takes to wash your bras have a great day
