Please explain how to make a whey protein shake

hey guys it's Josue here and yeah today I'm going to be reviewing one of the protein shakes and I just bought over a general Nutrition Center TNC and basically it's this this is the product I just bought it's a it's it's labeled gold standard whey protein and it's made by a company called on it's very similar to any other protein shake powder that's out there one of the cool things about it though is that it's low in calories it only has 120 calories and it's high in protein it's has 24 grams of protein which is pretty good and the other great thing it's low in cholesterol so low in fat it's good to get lean and it's a it's great for post workouts yeah after you've been benching for a while this is great the reason why it's so it's so good is because whey protein is easily digestible by your body and it's easy to absorb into muscles especially after a workout so I'm gonna review this today I've also tried very popular is the GNC brand we isolate it has a little bit a few more grams of protein it's been iced 28 as opposed to the 24 and the one where I'm about to to review but it's also very good and so here's what you're going to need you're going to need your protein powder you're gonna need a blender some milk or some water or some juice and I like throwing in a banana it just Dickens it up a little bit so we're gonna first thing you do let's open it up and they usually come with a little measuring cup so you can know how much you're dropping in there this one says to use use one scoop so I'm going to drop that into our into our blender alright then what we're gonna do is I like to throw my banana right away and then what you're gonna do is depending on uh you know how your tastes are if you're trying to get lean you want to use a milk that's that's also low in fat right so I'm not trying to lean up so much I'm gonna use 2% milk and what you can do also if if you want to you know decrease the calories and the fat that you're that you're in taking you can also use half milk half water which obviously works very well so usually with one scoop you want to use about 8 8 ounces of liquid so we're going to drop in 8 ounces of milk kind of do it rough on that I have a measuring you know system going on here and then what you do is you you liquefy so let's go ahead and do that cover your ears all right and then what you can do like if you don't have a blender with you or you're at the gym you can buy these little shaker cups GNC makes one but yeah you can get them anywhere and what it is is they come with a little fall inside like a little aluminum kind of ball you drop it in and you shake up your your mix so these are also very cool we're gonna use this just to demonstrate what's going on here hopefully it works out good the flavor that I'm trying out it's called vanilla it's called the French vanilla french vanilla creme dump it straight out it's pretty good I'd say it tastes a little better than the GNC Brandon Cheers
