hey YouTube in this video I'm going to show you how YouTube can repair the wheels on your suitcase or luggage on a most recent trip one of my wheels cracked and I figured out a way to use rollerblade wheels in order to repair the wheels and now it runs smoother and better than ever so in this video you'll see how to do that in 15 minutes and under five dollars for tools you'll need a hacksaw Phillips and flathead screwdrivers for parts you'll need two two inch truss head screws nuts and rollerblade wheels first use a hacksaw to slice through the ribbon pull apart the old rivet by disassembling the pieces that are left including the wheels bearings and washers set those aside because you will need them when you want to reassemble them into the new rollerblade wheel pull out the old bearings from the old wheels and place them into the new rollerblade wheel as an option feel free to use black spray paint to color the screws and the nuts in order to match your suitcase now that you've spray-painted the screw and the nut you want to reassemble it all back together onto the suitcase so take your 2 inch screw place the original washer on it slide it through the new rollerblade wheel and bearing assembly you'll want to end it off with the original washer that it came with and then if you'd like you can take some block tight to ensure an even tighter bond lastly tighten the nut and you should be ready to go be sure to install the other side and in just a matter of minutes you will have effectively a brand new suitcase with new wheels I'm sure this will last you another million miles thanks again for watching I hope you learned something helpful
