Please explain how to make barley water for weight loss

hi guys i'm just continuing a bit of the last week of bali episode so i'm making this bali soup for this week as i was as i've stated so i'm gonna make this bali water as i promised in the last video so here i have our barley so i've like washed it rinsed it thoroughly and i have soaked it for about like three to four hours if you wanted to soak it for overnight it's also fine or if you don't want to soak it also it's fine the only thing is that if you soak it well it's going to boil a little bit faster than you expected so that's it so the other one is like i've used some cinnamon sticks this is completely optional if you don't want to use cinnamon shake it's okay and if you want to use it it adds a bit of flavor so i've used this and i have squeezed some fresh lemon juice just to add some more good taste to um barley water and i have got my organic honey any honey you can use this is again optional i've just added it i've just taken it because to add give some sweet uh flavor to a barley water again again it's completely optional but so here i have taken my pot um and i'm gonna just heat it in a medium flame so i have added my barley into it this is our step two over here so uh if you have pre-soaked your barley if you take like one cup then you're going to place okay for two to three hours then you need to add around like three cups of water in order to boil or if you're taking some fresh it's your doubt like pre-soaking it so you add around like five cups so i have actually pre-soaked it so i've added around like three cups it so you can actually check later also if you think it's the consistency is not good or you want it even more very watery type so you can add it later as well but usually it's like one is to full cup so that's how you have to play around with that so over here i've added my cinnamon stick and now i'm going to add my freshly squeezed lemon juice into it it's around like you can use around like one fill lemon or about like three to four spoons depending on like how tangy you want your uh barley water to be so we have come to the end of bali so the water has boiled forever like 20 minutes the bali the the bali is actually in town and the water has come up it's like it would be like really like almost near to bali colors like what white color whitish color so we have we can stop now so i transferred from my pot to a glass if either you can drain like the water alone or you can have with the barley itself it's really up to you you can either consume it in a hot condition or you can actually freeze them and you can drink either way it's actually good so you can if you want you can dilute it with more water or you can drink as it is in straight so any flavors you can add if you don't like the bali water acid it is it's it's as i've said it's really great for health so try making it and drinking thank you so much for visiting my channel and i'll meet you in my next video thank you so much guys till then bye namaste
