to check out all our products go to music Nomad CARICOM hi I'm Gerard we're here in the music Nomad lab today we're gonna talk about Borel it's part of our band and orchestra line that we do our boreal is 100% petroleum free which is very hard to find in boreal petroleum will dry out the wood especially inside of your clarinet or any type of wooden board instrument big thing about clarinets and wooden board instruments is their saliva instruments so when saliva goes through it also dries out the wood on the inside so this is a great product it's refined from ultra refined from tree and seed oil it's very innovative boil let's show you how it's being used first you have a cloth that's attached to a string or a weight to pull through the clarinet what you want to do is get the cloth and you want to soak it with some oil you don't want to over soak it but you want to put a decent amount on and let it soak into the cloth both sides get it on there pretty good kind of squish the cloth around and get it all around the cloth a little bit when you put it on you can be generous with it because the wood itself is gonna absorb what it needs out of the boreal now that we got the only all over that cloth take the weight and you drop it through the clarinet and slowly pull the cloth through so the ball hits all the sides of the wall probably want to do this a couple times we'll do it twice here for this one to make sure the oil is on there evenly and pull it through you can look later and if you look into the light and you look through the shaft you can kind of see dry spots on the inside I see a little dry spot in the corner so I'm going to pull it through one more time to make sure I have boil all the way through where I want it pull through nice and slow I look through into the light a little bit and I got the spots that I'm looking for you also want to take and you want to wipe the ends with a little bit of your boil to keep those moist - so they don't crack this one has a metal ring so you get inside of it a little teeny bit but the ones that don't you put it on the outside you can use it on the Bell and the Union flange also music nomads boil very innovative product very good for your instrument will not dry it out and we'll give it longevity thanks for watching another one of our how to use music nomad product videos for more information on all our products go to music nomad care calm
