Please explain how to make a chocolate fondant cake with molten peanut butter center

all right we're gonna the show is going to move fast forward from this point on because we're gonna have an injection of sugar yeah it's the sweetness and goodness you know I I go every month when the and family family and our viewers out there and this is a peanut butter and chocolate fondant cake and I just can't wait to share with his super delicious do we have a shot and then you can make it whoa it's this is super simple you'll be so surprised at how simple this is okay I'm gonna start doing this on Baker's like this you guys all right so it's please sir you can unable to actually eat it because I tried some of that lip stuff to make a puffier I don't know what it's supposed to do but maybe there's habanero in it okay so right here what we have here is uh this is but this is melted it's but it's chocolate what do you think okay it's not a race okay okay we have butter and chocolate here and we melted it and we cooled it so we've already done that and then to our Bowl we're going to add two eggs okay two aches one and two and then two egg yolks okay very simple I'm going to show you a little trick with the egg yolk sorry I love this part I love this you just open it up like that and put it between your hands and look yeah I love that feeling and look you get a perfectly round beautiful egg yolk and that pretty I just love those flavoured fingernail I might let my lemon my fingernails yeah but I love separating eggs like this Oh you still use the egg of the egg breaks yeah you could use egg the eggs breaks but what I like to do is keep the egg whites I have to do that so I know it hey listen I know I I know this looks yucky but I just love it I love the way that it feels and everything to keep the egg whites to make omelets but look how how perfect that is don't put that in there ooh you're a major sized Baker than me I just kind of throw everything in there yeah well I had to learn my lip because I'm I wasn't a good Baker but I actually went to chef school for baking and I received my certificate and everything for baking because I had no patience and you know when you bake it's really is a chemistry reaction it's chemistry so you have to make sure that you have everything very precise all right so now we have our eggs egg and egg yolks in there and to that we're going to add our sugar Dan and this is superfine sugar okay we're gonna beat this up like that let's make sure you incorporate your eggs into your sugar you're gonna be surprised how easy I have just a couple more steps and we're done and so are you enjoying that well sometimes you do that in baking you'll just use the egg yolk for the baking yeah all right so then after we mix that up we're going to add the flour and then we're going to Hope's I'm sorry supposed to I love learning did you just say that the chocolate first which I did not do but that's okay see that's right I'm talking about the weather you have to be very precise all right and then our gonna mix that in together I'm gonna mix that all together and then fold in your flour into the mixture just like that and then the reason why you put the flour in at the last minute is because the flour you don't want to beat into too much because flour has a lot of gluten in it and you want these to rise and you want them to be very airy and not very dense all right so we do that all right we've mixed this up now don't forget to put the chocolate in first before you put the flour okay it's that medication that I'm taking no I did I actually slept the whole day yesterday and I started watching a movie and then I woke up and then I was in the middle of the second movie and then I fell asleep in the second movie and I woke up in the last movie but it was at the end so literally I slept and watched watch the trilogy alright so now these are called aerials aerials yes so a little a little cup what do you get to bake them you can get this at williams-sonoma or at the table at the aerial store exactly right all right now you're going to take your your chocolate mixture let me do this your chocolate mixture and you're going to fill it two-thirds up and then after you've done that let me do this ooh look at that it's gooey I love that truly amazing thank you now we're going to add point out that 10 used a 1/8 Oliver I love peanuts okay so now I put the peanut butter and then I'm going to add some melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter I'm looking for my users somebody keeps taking my scissors by the way there's no good peanut butter and then the XO so peanut butter yeah so so or what okay so I talked with more food in my mouth yeah so then I'm gonna add some of this melted chocolate here like that and then to that I'm going to add a little bit more peanut butter because you've got to have a lot of peanut butter so you have peanut butter and then the chocolate butter right no more peanut butter and then you're going to fill it up the rest of the way with the chocolate okay and that's it you guys that's all you have to do and then you're going to bake it does it pop right out of there or do you have to spring let's hope it does so you gonna bake it for three movies I imagine it would pretty much fall right out but it's amazing how it's it's molten on the inside and you got liquid with this now yes the kids not to overcook it and then make sure you grease your little I have a tool in the garage that really quick I did - yeah let's see what happens power tool blue goo so make sure you grease these little guys you want to make sure that that will come out all right so let's see of course they always come out during rehearsal but you never know during the live stuff what happened I did not clap because I knew you'd never look at they're all
