yo what's up how are you welcome to another episode of free magic live it's me JJ as they say in America hey what's up dudes Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys how are you anyway in today's video I am going to teach you another important fundamental of card magic something you need to learn if you're getting into card magic and that's how to spread the cards in a really nice cool professional five star way let's do it hey what's up how you been has your life has your grandma how's your mum going anyway so we're in today's video I want to teach you another very important move when you're learning anything with card magic it's how to spread out a pack of cards in a really nice way now a lot of people who do card magic who do tricks don't learn this and when I see them get something when I see them get someone to choose a card when they spread on the deck it just looks really it doesn't look nice and I think if you want to do magic to someone if you're going to do any kind of trick to someone wouldn't you want to learn some basics and to make it look a lot more flashy er than it is I think so anyway put the time in you'll get the result back there's my toady rather than this intro for you today alright so here's what you need to do why they gets so important as I said is as it takes you from here to here not as even a magician but just as someone who knows what they're doing with a pack of cards people in my er they respected a lot more that when they see someone when when it looks nice - and you know there's it's just important as I said if the basics of what you need to know when you're doing anything with cards so this is what you do you're gonna start from a mechanic's grip okay that's how to hold the cards if you don't know how to hold the cards if you're watching this video click the box somewhere on the screen and you will learn how to hold the deck because that's very important so you're going to spread out the cards like this basically what you're doing is saying from mechanic's grip and your right hand is coming close to the deck and at the same time you're pushing over with your thumb a block of cards okay so you going from here to here then what you're doing is in this part of your hands I think this is good what would you call this Josh this would be like the crocodile pincher I'm going to call it the crocodile pinch up whatever all right the crocodile picture of your hand all right I want to have me something like Mike's we're gonna get to the crocodile picture all right people gonna be like I want about to do the crocodile picture move its famously known by Jay Jay all right so you're going to take the section of this hand right near the crocodile pincher and you're going to sandwich basically that block of cards as just spreading out the rest of the cards and now what you're doing that's what it looks like on top underneath what you're doing is it using all your fingers they're all spreading out really really long that's the right word really wide sorry and you'll basically you can hold the cards like this I've got basically half the deck right now as you can see in my right hand because I'm spreading them out and I'm using my full finger middle finger and ring finger to hold the section of cards as I'm spreading out the rest and it's basically it's like a balancing act but as you can tell it looks really really nice when you can spread out the cards like this and get someone to choose a card hey did you like that video here's what I need you to do tell me your thoughts below share the video like the video and also subscribe which is right down here that means going to get VIP access for future following videos just like this and also other videos I do on the free magic live Channel and just so you know also stay tuned for next week getting a phone call right now by dynamite that's right look not Don Domino dynamite his brother he's like hey I'm dynamite hater on alright doesn't matter so as I said in next week's video you're gonna learn how to transfer the cars from hand to hear the professional magicians away stay in touch for that also check out the box somewhere on this page the other videos we've done the basic the fundamentals of card magic see ya you
