Please explain how to make moist bran muffins with hemp hearts

hi youtubers this is go lvt and I have a special treat for you today I'm making my special brand muffins that has hemp protein powder and also hemp oil and hemp hearts what I have here on the dish is the dry ingredients that are going into the mix this is a winner third cups of wheat bran and I have one-and-a-half teaspoons of baking powder and baking soda and this is half a cup of whole wheat flour a half a cup of whole um brown rice flour a half a cup of the hemp fiber protein fiber and a half a cup of the hand parts so oh that is going to go in my a dry bowl and what I'm going to do for you now is mix up the wet ingredients because that is kind of harder to discern what I'm going to use is two tablespoons of hemp oil and that is uh gives it a really nice flavor and it's full of omega-3s sixes and nines so just two tablespoons of this try not to overshoot it this is a brand new full bottle that i just opened and I used up my last one there we go good the other nice and green it is great stuff okay what else do we need I need we're cup of agave syrup now I originally made this recipe with a half a cup of molasses and I found I didn't really like the flavor too much as little bit too much for me so I had changed it to a quarter cup of the agave it's a light syrup that and a quarter cup of molasses glove that right in there nice turn and get all of this out of here with my silicone blade oh good perfect he always when you're making something baked you always do dry dry and wet too wet let's see what else do I need a three-quarter cup of liquid egg and I forgot to get that out hold on and this is liquid whole egg that I'm using it's a no cholesterol and I really can't tell the difference so we're going to put in a half cup and then a quarter cup there's a half and order and same goes true with three-quarters cup of almond milk and I'm you're lactose intolerant you guys and YouTube can actually eat this without any issues because I'm lactose intolerant and another border top of this okay so then I'm just going to mix this up so it is well combined and I'll come right back okay I'm just mixing this and you can see it's starting to change color from all of the molasses that's in the mix and the oil is getting incorporated breaking down smaller into smaller little oil blobs and this will be nice and smooth so I can put it into the mix into the dry and it will all be incorporated ok so I'm going to put this off to the side I'm going to work on the dry ingredients because the other things i'm going to put in our a cup of walnuts and a half a cup of raisins now what i did with the raisins was i put it in the microwave in a regular coffee cup and this is a half a cup and so is that but this is plumped up and this is what you want because you're going to get nice moist muffins your raisins aren't going to suck all the moisture out of your muffins and have nasty dry muffins so I'm just going to dry these off a little bit just take the water out jumping into sink and I have a little colander okay so that's what they look like so that's going in the bowl actually with the wet and I like them that way it doesn't make a mess so I'm going to take all of this in my big bowl jumper in mix this up some more of the wet and this is going in ways already mixed and get in all the good little particles out and like that and i'm going to mix in my cup of mine one cup of walnuts i'm just going to mix this all up and what I'm going to cook this in is a small convection oven that i purchased I'm not going to put it in my big oven because i really like cooking in my convection oven and this will cook for 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees okay so this is nice and incorporated you don't want to beat it up too much more than that you just want to get it so it's all combined okay so what I'm going to do next is load my muffin cups with this mixture I already have them pre-staged and I'm going to take my ladle like so and start dishing these out and I like to start in the middle just in case I miss it'll go probably in a cup even are just got a little bit on there okay so fill them up almost to the top and just keep on loading until you run out of mix I like to use the rice flour because I I think it gives it a nice chewy texture that's good that one and let's see what much we got left here you just want to get a wall nice and even so they cook even you don't want to have a short one and a tall one licked / it'll I don't have overcooked muffins and undercooked so save yourself the grief get them all the same what's nice about this silicone spatula if you really get everything out of the bowl it's really fantastic scrape out my boat no we're gonna go what's going to go on this one right here and a little bit this one's a little bit overloaded it looks like it has all the goodies in it all the raisins and walnuts throw someone that one okay take a little bit of this and put it in this one let's see it's all over a little too much if you don't want it spilling all out you miss all the good stuff you don't like that get it a little nice and even as possible there's some nice ones group that was full of walnuts it's gonna be delicious yeah once could still use some take a little bit of its 1 i'm going to eat these so i can keep my fingers in it I wash my hands so those are nice and even and now i'm going to throw them in the little oven than i have at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes and i'll be back to show you the results okay hi youtubers this is a go lvt i'm back again the muffins are done now they smell wonderful and i just took them out of the oven so they're still blazing hot you can see that they've all raised up about the same they're all pretty good-sized muffins they are still really hot out so what I'm going to do is I'm going to take one of these and break it open to see the internal texture so let's see so let's take this one right here see if we can break it open oh yeah that looks nice oh-ho-ho that looks beautiful lovely the bottoms just done not too overdone and let's take a hot bite here mmm oh that's worth the time mm-hmm delicious chewy moist flavorful and good for you too because it's
