turn the page with your life everyday don't let anybody paves another scramble here's a couple of eggs lightly beaten there's some tuna yeah yeah a tuna scramble I'm not kidding I'm gonna make this with just a little garlic some Havarti cheese some spices hey Mike foster here today like I said it's a tuna scoop it's a tuna scramble you can make a scramble out of anything and I will I'll make an omelet on anything I'll make a fried egg sandwich add anything I'll make a scramble I'll make anything out of anything this one's fast simple and easy and it's loaded with protein to start your day and that's what I like a high-protein diet here we go let's put this baby together all right let's put a little oregano in the tuna pepper onion salt I like that and some garlic powder all right give this a mix about and I'll meet you at the stove sand a little olive oil that's all you need let's get that garlic in all right let's mix this about I'm gonna go about two minutes of a saute I got this on a little below medium all right this is ready now let's add the tuna here's that bad boy gonna add just a little more olive oil move that around get the pan nice and hot and now let's add the eggs let's start folding the eggs in while that's happening little Havarti cheese why this apart he's good that's why get that cheese melted in about 30 seconds this baby's been I'll meet you at the counter for the taste test that's a tuna scramble simple to make great way to start your day loaded with protein lean healthy protein can't wait for big bite killer 2 in a scramble who says Tony and eggs go together like that yeah they do and so does cheese hmm oh I gotta tell you just these things are just right Oh uh-huh putting a little saranac tuna brings out the flavor eggs are creamy along with that cheese almost no carbs in this thing like I said protein packed have a salad later oh now if I'm window mmm this is super awesome check this one out for more videos like this check out live life 365 calm & subscribe man is I look at that - my youtube channel by the same hmm until next time expand as horrible
