so the first thing you want to do is find this set screw and um in this case it's this little plastic piece you want to take down the light fixture obviously and there's usually something hidden like this i believe they're called set screws so i'm just gonna take that off please turn it up and uh oh it fell i'm gonna have to search for it after i do that i can just twist this off and this will come right down revealing everything like dead insects pleasant the next thing i'm going to want to do is pull down all these wires you got your white on white coppers and your neutrals or your blacks rather i'm going to try to separate them as best as i can the kind of all together then i'm going to put on gloves because i'm a big scaredy cat even though i've shut off the power from the panel i am still a scaredy-cat and somehow think these gloves will save me i'm gonna go ahead and untwist each one of these caps separate the wires again because i'm a scaredy cat there we go now you should be able because they're all unconnected you should be able to just pull these through oh this one is still connected i lied but you know what before i do that again because i'm a scaredy cat i am going to put these back together so that they don't touch each other so screw that back on it's just a simple twist put those back together and then i'm going to unscrew this one and it looks like where is it all right wrapped around this one here come off okay now it's free now you should just be able to pull that right out and there you go your pendant is down go ahead and cap these back and there you go that's all there is to it
