it very very common in lots of casts and when I say CAF not cafe workingman's caps I really just grew up on this stuff so yeah we've got sausage bacon eggs fried slice mushrooms tomatoes beans you know if that would be nice bill dusty really strong cup of tea ketchup you can be having some bread pudding on there some bubble and squeak your hash browns not really some people love it but I don't really go for that one that's about it it's just fried fried fried fried fried delicious what's gonna do it okay so we're gonna start off about sausages so I've got a little bit of oil in me I'm using the sunflower oil I can use something like that and then we're gonna put our sausages in so the ones I'm uses there are pork sausage quite big and you can use any type of sausage that you like beef pork Cumberland English sausages are very famous now some people would which I'm gonna do give these a little poke now just just to get the skin open but how about people stay don't do that now you have to do it later your choice so what we're gonna do is get these on the go turn them over a few times they probably gonna take about six minutes I would imagine turning them every now and then back soon okay tonight a second now another thing that they go to set of us like another thing that we love is a sausage sandwich that's another great British thing for a calf not a cafe a calf but bacon now those different cuts of bacon of course this has not got the rind on it or the skin on it you can sometimes get it right back or streaky bacon which is a really kind of thin quite fatty piece of the bacon alright there we go so in the same pan gonna cook those three minutes the size of son do then say they like it some people like it really crispy some not so much that's it to me okay now comes the bacon that's kind of how like my little bit crispy on the edges now in the same pan mushrooms and it's here that we can actually put this all back one if you wanted you could be putting some butter in there partition fly to use that pan is but the flavors of the sausage and the bacon okay tomatoes are done now they're kind of got that kind of bird look on the outside but they're pretty raw either side but you could cook them bit longer if you wanted well yeah that just softens showing the pan a little bit not too much so sausages bacon tomatoes mushrooms done we're gonna fry some eggs as well that just made it just eggs normally it's just fried eggs you can't have poached eggs or scrambled eggs if you want but generally you would just you would say eggs you get fried eggs butter little squeak which I've made the video of a couple of weeks ago I think I'll stick a link up that's quite common chips and chips off rice as well as all hashbrowns not so much not really super traditional you do you do find it but more so much really black pudding which is a sausage but kind of in a bit you know it's like that fat or usually no it's black if we slice it and fry that I don't have any with me today not a great fan of it to be honest that's made women generally made with oats meat and blood my sweats go to black pudding mix literally or sausages completely back with some kind of white matting so that's about it now we can have some bread and butter we're gonna see time we could have some bread and butter we could have some toast or we could have a fine slice of fried slices literally a piece of bread fried that lovely oil there piece on I'm just gonna do one piece for you I've got brown bread which is there because I'm a modern man I think normally that would just be a white sliced bread fried on both sides I'm gonna flip that over in about two minutes it'll be ready well and there you go for a slice that comes pretty much nearly there we're just going to do some eggs now couple of eggs do you like sunny-side up which means you stay like that wait and flip them okay there you go I've done one egg sunny-side up why not flit I've also added some baked beans then with the baked beans some people would only serve that on the side they say it's not fried blah blah blah blah yeah you're just getting on your plate generally with every time I've been there which is thousands of times in my life so that's it that's a nice little English for Monti breakfast eggs bacon sausage mushrooms tomatoes white slice underneath there beans you love that with some rice a bread and butter or some toast nice builders tea what we call builders tea which is a very strong cup of tea and brown sauce ketchup bit of pepper maybe a bit of vinegar on your chips that's it
