okay so what I have in the bowl is half a cup of world water it is now lukewarm slightly warmer than lukewarm but it's at that stage and what we're going to do is add to that now this is my measurement for myself now pour some people like it's sweeter so according to your taste add as much or as little honey to my even use sugar but I prefer to use honey okay so that's about a tablespoon of honey I am going to add one clove of garlic which I lens very very fine and as well as green onion it's about a tablespoon of green onion and half a cup of soy sauce equal amount and now for the rice vinegar I am going to add a quarter cup maybe a little more than a quarter cup but then again I like certain astana I dip in sauce so that's a 1/4 cup of rice vinegar and I would say a pinch of red pepper flakes I'm not able to grab you as good as I should but just about a pinch or a quarter of a teaspoon you be like and one other ingredients which I don't have here let me go drop it I'll go ahead and add about half a teaspoon of sesame oil make sure you got a very good quality sesame oil okay now what I'm going to do now is taste this to see if I have enough sweetness to it and to see if I put enough vinegar to it mmm mmm that's actually good that's perfect now I'm gonna leave this alone for a while what is going to do is kind of like infused all that spice in there panda red pepper flakes the garlic the green onion all of that are going to infuse the soy sauce the vinegar and the water and the flavor is going to improve so we're going to leave that there for a while and when I serve the dumpling that will be the dipping sauce
