Please explain how to keep coriander fresh and crisp

so here's coriander and oftentimes we get by it in a few days it starts to go limp like this and it so it's a constant problem because you can't always use it up right away so I decided to try something that it has worked very well that I'd like to share with you so first take off the bottom part like this I've already cut this might chop that right there and then just give it a nice wash and take out as much as possible and then what I do is to try to get it to revive again now you have to take off some of the dark darker parts of it and you have to just clean it up a little bit but I'm trying to get it to crisp up again so that it's usable so you put it in here into a container like this and you add just a tiny bit of water just I've just added a little droplet a few droplets of water right here I don't know if you can see that or not and then put the lid on here and put it in my fridge and I will revisit this to show you what happens to it after a day of it being in the frigid in this type of a situation so what we're creating it is a hypotonic situation where the turgor pressure in the cells build up and make the leaves crisp up again and I'll keep this on hand as well so that I can compare and show you what a difference it has made over the next few days okay so this is what we had yesterday I was showing it to you it was another bunch and it was limp like this and it cuz it had been kept in the bag so I washed it and I cut it and put it into this container I'm just want to show you what it's like today so it's much more crisp and the nice thing about this is it will stay like this for two weeks so you just take a few out whenever you're ready to use it and put it onto whatever dish you're using and time to taste family use it up so it allows you to you days to take care of it and then I also just want to share with you how it can work for lettuce as well and it's great because it's ready it's washed you want to make a sandwich or a salad the next day three to go now these containers are fairly old but I'm sure that they would work with the new containers from Rubbermaid as well good luck
