hi guys welcome to veggie mama and today I want to show you how to prepare pinto beans or any beans I got these at my local health food store these are organic and I love to go through my beads because beans are very dirty when you go through your beans if it's fine like little little rocks and stuff you know little stuff it just look look at this is a bad one right there it's not good says look for you - I have a friend that came over here and I was my son was going to the beach was picking it up me what are you searching for so it's telling us it is so much um bad beans are dirty doing wrong rocks and the beans you meter Devin goes through it okay these are all the bad grains not going bad beans I got from the my to town that's up next I'm gonna wash it right over the beans are very very dirty you go to wash your beans I'm gonna wash it my beans are nice and clean next I'm going to let this sit overnight to soak good morning guys it's I'm 437 in the morning early morning just said goodbye to my husband I'm gonna take this water off and I'm gonna put more on there and let it slowly cook and I will show you what I'm gonna do with it after how to store your beans yeah another thing I want to mention this was 2 pounds this is 2 pounds of beans that double in size so I'm going to try to open up this water pour in there so you just want to make sure you have enough water in there to cook your beans y'all going to try to cover your beans way above okay I almost put a gallon in there so I'm gonna put it up you see it to just let it slowly cook okay guys are the beans all cooked and ready I say it takes over two and a half hours and that is a low heat this is like the canned bean you buy in the store still intact it's nice so I'm going to do my exercise I'm gonna come back and strain it I'm gonna bag it and put it in the freezer Kim finish up my exercise I'm gonna pour this water I'm gonna pour the water in the strainer okay there's my beans oh nice and cool I rent some cold water on it so cool can be cool quickly so I'm going to take my you don't want to put it in there while it's hot get my ziploc bag we're gonna throw this in the freezer and then I'm ready to use it let's take it up use it so this is one way you could um save time don't you could you do all your beans like this unless I'm gonna package I'm gonna get from this okay so all together I've got three bags of beans so hope eaters I hope you try and I try this it's so easy you know to prepare and um so if you work and you just come and grab a bag on the freezer it's the way we're cooking it right away so thanks for watching guys bye
