lissa from Berlin the urban and today we're going to be dehydrating celery here it is right here basically celery is one of the easiest things that you can dehydrate you want to cut it up into the size that you're going to use it for for instance most of the time when I dehydrate salary I always use it for soups stews and stock because sometimes I'll have bones in the house or the carcass like a turkey carcass or a chicken carcass but I don't have any celery so I will use the dehydrated celery in the stock but like for instance that if you consider this size a little bit too large you can actually you know just cut it like this so it's a little bit smaller I know these this batch right here that will go into soups so I basically went out there and just cut it up into the size that you're going to use this is the size I'm going to use for soup and I'm going to go ahead and chop up all the celery up and that's all there is to hear great and celery we're just going to put the celery on trays right here that's what it looks like and you'd be amazed how small events and I got whoops there's four trays in here so I'm gonna go ahead and cut some carrots and it's the next day and here's what the celery looks like after it's dehydrated these trees were full and I mean look how small they are tiny and here's the carrots once again they're awful they're tiny as well so that's all there is to dehydrate in um celery
