so I did have this already kind of already in the process but basically how to blanch broccoli you get a pot of hot boiling water some people prefer to chop up the crowns before putting it in some people don't which other prefer to your standards you toss it in there so you're just basically looking for color green you don't want to overcook it because you're just kind of taken away their broad tasteless to it so it's actually been two minutes because I had a squirrel with some birds so I kind of want to start to get this out because it's been two minutes and you can see that is cooking and I'm gonna toss it in my cold back and this is what it's thought the cooking process and then you chop it up and then you're good to go all right guys there you go Blanche
