I'm going to show you how to join two different parts of knitting projects together I'm using my sweet carrot as an example so here I have finished joining the first two strands to the top of the head and I'm going to show you how to join the next ones so using a tapestry needle we are going to begin by locating the hole on top of the head you want to insert your needle right inside the hole and you want to come out through the side just choose the hole it doesn't really matter where I'm just using a towel to pull through the needle as it's some really really tight you want to pull it really tight then take half the yarn from the needle grab another piece of yarn from the top of the head and do the same so you want to locate that same hole on the top but this time you want to make sure that when you exit you locate the exact same hole that you went through the first time release the yarn from a needle and tie two knots okay after it's done you want to locate this exact same hole to go back out in a different direction the direction doesn't matter where is somewhere different on the other side and do the same you notice a small hole where you have inserted the yarn previously but don't worry as it will disappear soon just to cut off the remaining yarn and use your yarn needle to pull through the fabric a little so that the hole closed up and the yen will be invisible there thank you for watching if you want to make the carrot the pattern is available for free at free cute Netcom
