okay so dessert is going to be a steam sponge pudding with our home maids Seville marmalade and then big dollop of clotted cream just to finish what we've got is butter soft brown sugar and the golden syrup so that's going to come together as creamed then what will add to that is the self raising flour a teaspoon of baking powder and then you can eat you can do it too way so we can either do just to put in on its own and steam this to steam them for an hour or we can actually pop some marmalade in the bottom and everything which all helps all sort of soak into the sponge and like say then you need that clotted cream to sort of balance it all out because obviously the Seville marmalades quite bitter and everything on that and the clotted cream works really well with it and everything because it just sort of like that creaminess just takes the edge off of the marmalade they do oh absolutely that's definitely what sort of Rogers flight cream is made for it is like say if you if you look at it as almost like it's almost like the stock cube of the cream world because it's concentrated in every flight so you don't need as much of that you know like I say anything you would regularly put cream in so you can use the closet for I've used in tomato pesto sauce yeah and you don't need as much so you can just buy the little sort of i'm a 200 grand pop and it's enough for the like looking for four of you so three eggs very simple recipe so I 175 grams self-raising 175 grams of the butter 175 grams of sugar 3 eggs a couple of tablespoons of golden syrup so this is our home made Seville orange I mean bang in season at the moment if you want a spoon in the mix evenly over the fault and as well it's so important to the big risk yeah the balloon whisk yeah yeah you need a good old bloom with yeah absolutely so this will make four of the larger ones but it'll make six smaller ones Papa lives on so they go into the oven for an hour and then they're ready to go so we got a lovely steam punch pretty that we made earlier drops in the marmalade attaching the bottom I'm going to do is dream on topic let's bring the craft yeah yeah the crust is about that's the best bit is that sort crossover between butter and cream is nature's there and a little bit more other the flavors are hung met each other oh yeah you've got the bitter man I don't mean that cream just rounds it off doesn't it kotik creatures such a purpose yeah yes have you just head out of town hmm it's what buzzer on tomato something yeah just worked you
