oh my gosh you're not going to youtube it no okay well since somebody do you like my uh how to make a quick and easy hot sauce recipe I thought I would do a different one we're going to make a bird a sauce of green sauce so we're come out looking like this free and spicy very spicy so not much else to say except let's go do it this is my bird a sauce or green sauce as we call it you need a couple things blender obviously and have some tomatillos which is going to make the green sauce green and then some jalapenos we've seen these before big ol honkin jalapenos the tomatillos you see in the produce department to grocery store and are wrapping these little paper size if you go them up then you'll see that they're like little green tomatoes sort tomatillo these are kind of sticky once you peel off the paper rinse them off and they'll be good first things first we got cilantro garlic jalapenos tomatillos onion I'm not going to use as much not use as much onion I'll cut it off salt pepper and cumin and that's really it take care of the important things first you all right now let's get started the tomatillos you're going to want to char rasta put it on your barbecue grill if you need to prove an opinion I happen to have a nice ribs type of pandas on stick that I'm going to use for this purpose okay figure somebody using hand and they'll struck a citizen you can see they're starting to smoke pendulum rose come around you know the fingers or use a pair of tongs or something and they'll get charred on each side and charge black well I'm at it I'm going to put in some as Ernie as well I think we want to use about this much like I sex there's a couple of wedges you don't want the onion be overpowering you've been too much onion in your salsa come out kind of white looking and they'll take your life you need sum of two user sizzling away and silly my blender I'm going to put a handful of cilantro cilantro when you're doing it pick the leaves off of the stems and test thick stems wash it first of course wash everything the washer jalapenos watch your tomatillos this dust is can sit down the grocery store in more even better it's been sitting out in you know farmer brown's cow pasture birds been crafted on it and you know who knows what else has happened to it and they pick the produce out of the field and it goes in a box straight to your grocery store they don't wash it so you get lantus or something at the grocery store they might have picked one or two little Eve's off but it's not watch it's just straight as it was out the field so be sure to wash all your produce so I put some cilantro in here and I have a handful of garlic and all these jalapenos I've cut up I'm just going to trim this one up real quick i have some we're doing just cut into chunks because you're going to put a blender anyway so jalapeno and the rest of the helping you that's a buttload of jalapeno man it's just going to be hot we're going to put in seasonings now this is cumin like I said a little bit goes a long way and previous video on how to grade sauce which a little bit that's cool and solve this is just kosher salt stumbles putting on TV so you're flipping salts put in more than you really think you're going to need more than you're comfortable with I know you can always add to but you can't take away however when you're making salsa trying to add to later just does it work pepper and some pepper and let's check on our tomatillos and see what's going on over here it's ok I pulled the onions out earlier because they they tended to you know which are faster in the purpose of roasting the vegetables normal just don't fit in a blender with everything else the purpose of roasting vegetables is it changes the molecular structure actually breaks down the sugars in the vegetable it makes them sweeter if you roast an onion well it comes leader if you roast so much he is leader now these are done I'll show you you can roast them on the grill I don't you can see the juice in there or not the problem is you'll lose a lot of it juice through the grill with you don't use a pan so I'm going to prefer to roast them in a pan like this whenever possible and I'm going to dump these in there I'm gonna do this over the sink I'll be right back okay and you can see the what happens to the tomatillos how you go from being hard to soft and tender and a lot of sugars released in them you can microwave the tomatillos if you don't have time to post them in charl this is hot I'm going to add a little bit of water to it kind of thin this out a little bit I'm thinking oh maybe not that much more I may have to add more water to it as we go when you're blending something hot take a little Center out of your literally it or at least just leave it loose okay so I've got everything in the blender that's about four or five a roasted tomatillos well-handled onion a couple of jalapeno peppers actually a lot of jalapeno peppers that's gonna knock your dick in the dirt Garrity some salt some cumin some water and some garlic and now we're just going to blend the crap out of it that's my recipe lazy green sauce recipe nice cold beer sauce some chips it doesn't get any better actually does a little lot better yeah in the meantime in the best part of this stuff is you can make it with leftovers anything you happen to have if you don't have cilantro don't worry about it don't use it you don't have garlic you don't like garlic don't use it just whatever happens be leftover I had a bunch of jalapeno so i made some atomic gas sauce here don't uh don't tell it uses me having a cup of tea cups in yours this is a green and slimy and going to be hot mmm very sweet very sweet so tomatillos just the sugar just really really came out when I roasted them well tell me something else is gonna inspire me to make a batch of margaritas or go do some Mexican food so now our love doesn't Suswam my mouth hold up on the floor father jump that time I will skin and where the Gators
