hey guys it's been in the kitchen just going to show you real quick a couple meals that you can put together fairly simple for one here as you see on here these are going to be your your leaves from collard green and I actually use them to make a wrap so no need for tortilla and no need for per week and then in here obviously you're going to have your your mixed I'll mixed vegetables I slice up the tomatoes and in here you're obviously going to have your your tuna fish that you're going to pack in there with it and what I actually use is I use this chipotle sauce and I actually mix my tuna fish with that and put it in here and then obviously you're going to wrap it up it's good to go very very good for lunch and then I got a I got a hole 18 pound turkey here that I'm cooking later on and I'm going to actually baste it with a couple cans of beer it won't taste it's just good for a little flavoring but instead of going to the store and buying just the chicken breast or turkey breath I got the whole thing I got the whole thing for like thirteen dollars for 18 pounds and it's going to last me a while if you guys have any questions reach out to me on facebook facebook.com slash benjamin ther tha ye are 2400 thanks see ya bye
