hi everybody this Elizabeth in this video I'm gonna show you how to make a very easy DIY lavender linen spray lavender is a fantastic essential oil that is very soothing so let's start with what you're going to need your star the show is lavender essential oil you're going to need distilled water for this project to emulsify and blend the oil into the water you're going to need rubbing alcohol you want to have a measuring cup and a tablespoon for measuring to alcohol and something to mix with lastly you're gonna need a spray bottle now let's get started you want to first start off by measuring your water for this recipe you're going to use 1 and 1/4 cup of water and you're gonna go ahead and start to pour your essential oil into your spray container for this recipe I utilize 25 drops because I want it mine to be intense if you want to be a little bit more mellow you could use 20 drops but 23 really is recommended if you really want to impart that fragrance into the linen now you're going to add your alcohol pour your alcohol into a tablespoon measurement add this into your container and begin the mixing process to blend and emulsify that oil so that way when you pour your water in it will actually mix with the water one last wish now pour your water into the container and that's pretty much it as you see the alcohol did help in blending that essential oil if you did not utilize that it will not blend and then it could also stay in your sheets go ahead and put your top into your container twist and you're ready to use this fantastic spray this is a wonderful linen spray that you can utilize before bed and it's soothing and helps ease someone into sleep I hope you try this and stay chic and stay crafty visit again
