ghetto guys great here well today I'm going to show you how to make a delicious tartar sauce and not just any old tartar sauce it'll make you the most ultimate freshest creamiest delicious tartar sauce going around it's perfect for all your seafood dishes your fish and chips your hard-boiled eggs your salads your roast meats whatever you want to put it on this recipe is an absolute cracker so let me show you how to make it this is Gregg's so you're going to need for this is parsley 11 some good quality whole egg mayonnaise some capers and some pickled cucumbers or gherkins nothing better than a knife gherkin alrighty so now it's time to start chopping stuff up so I've got a couple of tablespoons worth of parsley here which I'm just going to dice up finely my two gherkins which I'm also going to just really slice finely and then dice finally I think I need a new cutting board I'm going to use two spoons of capers which I'm also going to give the treatment - I really love capers I got a really nice flavor I'm going to grate the rind of a lemon voila right well that's all the hard work done so now into a bowl I'm going to add 1 cups worth or 250 mils or my mayonnaise and now you just whack all the ingredients in there and mix it through well that noise sounds familiar and there you have it a delicious simple easy quick homemade tartar sauce oh man that looks good oh it smells so fresh I wish I had some fish to go with this and you end up looking at this mass piece how about we tuck on in for the old health what a great idea Greg oh well let's give it a go hmmm well I could imagine that on a piece of fish oh man that would be so good so that little bit of added lemon zest in there this is perfect for seafood oh man well I seen that whole balls worth it was absolutely fantastic if you give it a go let me know how your Stern's out thanks for watching and I'll see you next time right here on Greg's kitchen oh yeah quicks future with a pizza day right fives and this one perfect on Seifer perfect for anything really my favorite gogans a pickled one
