just showed you how to make them not tuna pâté or a not tuna salad you can use the exact same technique to make a nut butter but what we're gonna do now is make a nut milk we've got 1 cup of soaked almonds right here I'm gonna tip those in the bowl I'm going to top them off with 3 cups of filtered water now you can use between 2 and 4 cups depending on how creamy you would like your almond milk and all we have to do is use a ladle to ladle both the water and nuts in even quantities into the optimum 600 big mouth juicer so we get now without halfway through with making my almond milk and I could leave it just the way that I am I like my almond milk with a little bit of sweetness so we're gonna toss in two dates we're also gonna sprinkle a little bit of vanilla powder straight into the bottom of the juice bucket over here what will happen is when I release the juice by opening opening up the little shoe here then milk Andy um are the vanilla powder will mix together very well so let's do that now I particularly love making almond milk though you can use this technique with any kind of milk the reason why almond milk is so good is that almonds are the only alkaline nut so this is a nice alkaline milk for you to consume it's great over your breakfast cereal it's really good just as a drink you could add cacao to either make a chocolate milk shake the loads of different options we're making your own milk so you can see here that the jug is nearly full and I'm gonna release our beautiful creamy milk straight in and pour the extra liquid in just to wash any pulp through that's caught around the orga here we are so what we have in front of us is a beautiful job of creamy almond milk much much deeper than you would pay for it at the supermarket close the chute turn the juicer off and then you can pour it into any kind of jug to store in your fridge it'll last about five to seven days if you can let it sit that long and you can make as much of it as you like as long as you don't juice for more than 35 minutes at a time straight in the optimum 600 juicer enjoy
