i'm kathy casey and welcome to the liquid kitchen i'm going to make liquid indulgence and it's exactly that this is a great drink that you can have after dinner or really any time if you want first I'm going to start with a cup of really good vanilla bean ice cream can I of that in to my vitamix blender cup and then I have a cup of ice and two shots of espresso which is about two and a half ounces and that's chill by the way then I'm going to add in four tablespoons of really good quality caramel sauce this is very indulgent yummy that's two that's three and four Wow ok I'm going to put on my blender lid all right there we go to blend this I'm going to use the quiet one by Vitamix on setting number five that looks really great now it's time to fill our glasses I like to serve this in smaller portions kind of like as an after-dinner treat get this going here okay into each glass and I want to leave enough room for a mezcal go it's smooth but it still has a lot of nice texture still this is going to be delicious and our fourth one all right okay and then I'm going to top with some mezcal I usually do about three-quarters to announce really nice and then we're going to put a little bit a flirt assault on top I have some little spoons and I'm just going to tuck in so guess he and kind of stir it up on their own and that is liquid indulgence and I'm going to adult right now young
