so this is so today i'm going to like squeeze this water bottle into this node and it'll make the water go up here down to out of this nose so um i don't really know how that's supposed to work but i feel like it's good for getting your mood you just have a pollen out but i still have dry nose so how to make this all you need to do is take one of these salt packets right so and then pour them inside like i guess this thing like this or the kind we use and put and then put warm water inside not hot not cold just warm so you could use the same so you could do it like over here or you could do it over here so all you need to do is just put it over it and you just squeeze and then all the blue just comes out
