hi everybody right it's luan or take what I have in store for you today is I have tuna patties or in England as we call them tuna cakes now these are really cheap and cheerful really simple to make so just in a mixing bowl I'm just going to pour my much moon right fantastic so that's all the tuna know I'm gonna do I'm just kind of ripping my bread up there we go that's fantastic that's my whole breath and roll it so one would stand up whoops I'm just gonna just put me around the back you can see my lemon in there lovely so I'm just gonna add a bit of the lemon juice 1 tablespoon lovely I'm just gonna add one squirt that's Tabasco I personally don't I don't really like it too hot olive oil which obviously is unnecessary if you've had a chimney tops and water to sprinkle of salt sprinkle of pepper tiny sprinkle of sesame seeds genus so I'm just going to chop up my onion in business onions all done I'm just going to add that so yeah now I'm just gonna move on to my parsley so just soup around for me around about a tablespoon of parsley as well so I'm just gonna cut this stuff again one tablespoon of water I'm just gonna mix all that up together so now I'm just going to pop the ëget so that will just bind it so I'm just gonna make four cakes so I'm just gonna so just squeeze them together I'm just passing it I said that because patties as you pat them fabulous name its rich for an hour just before I start cooking it's really important to leave them in the fridge for an hour so that they bind and Swift stick together much better what I've got here is just a frying pan I'm just putting a little bit of extra virgin olive oil on quite a low heat and then I'm adding each tuna cake they need around about three to four minutes on each side but just you just sort of lightly fry frying them very slowly remember obviously that the tunas already cooked because it's tinned tuna so it's just literally sort of heating it up and just sort of making it brown and making it that much toast yeah just to also remind you that when you're making the tuna patties it's very important to squeeze them together as best as possible when you're making them otherwise at this stage they will break so use lots of elbow grease lots of muscle power to make sure that they so just squeeze and stick together after three to four minutes on each side this is what my lovely tuna patties look like and as you can see I'm serving it with some new potatoes and some peas so hope you've enjoyed this recipe and don't forget to subscribe to my channel
