welcome back to my channel and today I'm going to show you how to make an amazing anti-aging natural oil using rose hips it's extremely straightforward but the benefits are incredible all those essential fatty acids which are held and prized in those rose hips will infuse into the oil and then prove your overall look the whole vibrancy and help you to pair the collagen loss and the aging process in general because the skin loses of elasticity and flexibility as we age but what's great is these amazing essential oils within the rules do combat that process they have been celebrated for their benefits by the Mayans the Egyptians the Native Americans because of that special combination of fatty acids the omega-3 the Omega 6 the vitamin A the vitamin C and also the neutral pH of those hips which encourages the absorption into your skin much more easily so all around is a fantastic anti-aging oil and of course you're controlling what's going into it so that to me is a much more beneficial product because you're harvesting or you can buy them over the internet natural organic rose hips your organic carrier oil which you'll be using sorry but uh so it's a very simple process and a pure one we bruise gently in the mortar and pestle the rose hips the quantity you need is a ratio of two to one so two parts of oil carrier oil one of your choice to one part rose hips so once they're bruised you mix them in a ceramic pot or container ovenproof with the oil and you put them in the lowest setting the lowest temperature set in your oven has for around eight hours and what that will do is that will encourage all those amazing oils we want into our carrier oil to create a fantastic natural anti-aging rosehip oil this one's already been in it had eight hours it looks fantastic actually has quite a lovely sweet but very subtle aroma which really does lend itself well to an oil you'll be having on your skin so what we want to do is we want to strain this into the bottle with a muslin I have a muslin cloth here over a plastic funnel I let the last vestiges of the oil drip through those last Bolton drops are extremely beneficial once that's done to preserve the oil I add five drops of pure vitamin E oil with the dropper because there are no nasties in this or chemicals it's important to have a preservative a pure vitamin E oil will also benefit your skin so this is a perfect way to preserve your natural oils if their skin oils so five drops is plenty you can buy bitumen e oil and health food shops or you'll find it online all those left to be done is the oil to be labeled and dated and of course sealed I can't recommend this enough I hope you try this at home it's so simple I look forward to seeing you next
