hi last week i have shown you how to make peanut butter and today i'm gonna teach you how to make peanut butter stuffed cookies let's see the ingredients you need all-purpose flour powdered sugar butter baking powder salt egg and of course peanut butter take 2 tablespoons of peanut butter into a bowl add half cup powdered sugar and mix it really well and make it into a dough now make small balls out of this dough keep it in fridge for 20 minutes or in freezer for 10 minutes now take butter and sugar and blend it add one egg and blend it again now sift in all purpose flour salt and baking powder mix it well now add around half cup peanut butter and blend it really well and make it into a soft dough take small portions flatten a bit add a peanut butter ball inside and cover it and roll this in powdered sugar you can repeat the same process with rest of the dough you can bake all these at a time or if you want you can store it in fridge and it will last up to one week so whenever you feel like eating a cookie you can just stick it and pop it in oven and bake it now refrigerate it for 30 minutes then take it out and bake it in 180 degree preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes cool this in a wire rack and when you break it you can see the stuffed peanut butter inside and it tastes really delicious leave me a comment if you like it thanks for watching please like and subscribe for more such videos
