Hello Folks Kirk and Jason herewith, Kirk Giordano Plastering,
We use a magnet to put these quarters in concrete nails in by just 1/2 inch. What works
concrete here is about 5,000 psi. We're in a parking garage, so it's very, very strong. This
was a block wall that'd be so easy. I just put concrete nails into the great grout lines. We
got to do it all by hand. It's very, very kind, but Hilty is blowing it out like trying to
put a concrete nail to marble. He blows it all out anyhow. This is really important
because it saves you a lot of time. We did the pressure washing. Now there's a
blue tinge to this as well. Now we're doing skin coat, then we're going to come with an
acrylic. I'll get it a little bit for you. it's a loading dock but we put corners on the
skim coat yesterday we did most of it today we're just doing the final fixes we're almost
through here we've got just the retaining walls at the bottom here then you can do walls here
and we're done again if anybody's doing this acrylic finish what's really important to
remember is on a hot day it's real tough make certain that you crying the walls because
you don't prime the walls as soon as you put the acrylic on it sucks all the moisture out
get color differentials and it'll drag it's a lot tougher to do it feel like what more
expensive to than a la habra la havas porous this is an acrylic get what you pay for this is
waterproof but they didn't put it on because they put it on will just to recap on everything
we've done we're at the back of the Masonic Temple beautiful beautiful building we just
finished up this wall here we are finishing up everything here jobs well done we will talk
to you, another time and again this is for those of you who want to do it but don't know how
hopefully we've shared some secrets and you can do it yourself if not you could always call
me Kirk at Kirk Giordano plastering, thank you.
