Please explain how to make healthy cheesy truffle popcorn

hey there it's christina jackson your natural food chef and holistic health coach we are making healthy snacks and yes i have a healthy cheesy truffle popcorn can you believe that well it's true it's so delicious and very simple what you'll need are four cups of air popped popcorn you can use an alternative method of cooking if you'd like but this is going to be the healthiest we have our pink Himalayan sea salt and 2 full tablespoons of nutritional yeast as well as 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and not to forget the secret ingredient I have black truffle oil just super delicious it smells amazing and adds such a great rich flavor so when you see something like this at your store definitely pick it up small things you know good things come in small packages so that's a definite definite case on this one but what we're going to do is just take our pre-popped popcorn like I said we air popped it so we are not using we're not cleaning up any oils we're not having any added salt or sodium zor anything of those sorts this is going to be just fresh pop kernels the nice moisture inside of that is going to just make the colonel explode and create this pillowy fluffy delicious popcorn so we're going to have the opportunity to add everything we want to this and this is actually a recipe that I did at home I found all these ingredients in my house and it was a party that I was throwing and I just decided all right everyone's hungry what can we make I found the popcorn I found the nutritional yeast I found the garlic powder and of course I had some salt on hand and I'm just going to add salt to flavor like that mix that up right there and then truffle oil I thought this is a great way and it's a vegan so if anyone out there is lactose intolerant or doesn't eat dairy it's vegan it's a gluten-free low in calorie and I'm just going to put my finger over this bottle you don't want too much of it because this truffle oil is very strong so a little goes a long way when you're when you're using this so I just drizzle it over the top so not only is this going to add delicious flavor it's going to help all these great spices stick to the popcorn just going to use my hands get in there mix that around and you can already start to smell it well at least I can hear in it smells fantastic okay so I'm just going to sprinkle this on top mix it around make sure to get all that goodness that's on the bottom back up to the top we want to coat every kernel every piece with all that flavor okay that's what's going to take it from just your ordinary to extraordinary and simple as that you have a healthy version to a high calorie popcorn this is going to be low calorie low sodium and it's going to have a delicious cheesy oily goodness flavor to it and that is your healthy truffle cheese popcorn enjoy thanks for watching if you have any questions for us or if you like to see some other videos email me at requests at Mahalo calm be sure to catch our other videos and don't forget to subscribe so you catch all of our other healthy delicious videos will be putting out
