how to fill a lighter i know this sounds like a really simple thing but I know quite a few people who had dificulty filling their butane lighter. So I thought we'd do a quick video and show one method that seems to work very well to get a quick simple fill of a butane lighter. I'm going to be showing us filling our quad torch lighter here and so you can see it's generally empty so first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to turn it upside down and take a pen and I'm going to push right on the little fill stem just for a couple seconds... that lets out a little bit of the air that might be in there as well as lowers the pressure that's inside the tank so that when I now take my can of butane and put it upside down on the lighter and push down and now i'm just going to fill it up. Sometimes it helps to push up and down several times and now when we look at it, we're generally full now now that's the liquids just about to the top thanks for watching and please leave us a comment on anything that we do and if you have any other thoughts or questions let us know!
