to our channel I hope you like this video today we're going to be making another lactation recipe this one is an oatmeal raisin lactation bites or you can make them as little bars I made them as little circles so this just easier to pop in the refrigerator and then just you know keep them there till you need a little snack while you're breastfeeding or pumping and yes hope you liked this video and please if you're new subscribe like our video leave us a friendly comment and it's pretty much it this is Nico right here Nonna's getting all the benefits of the mommy's milk mm-hmm yes Nicholas okay you guys um hope you like this video Amy and Euclid ventures mommy vlogs okay so the ingredients I used is cinnamon vanilla honey almond butter raisins brewers yeast coconut oil Quaker Oats and flax seed meal which I found at either Trader Joe's or smart and final so I start with the dry ingredients first which is one cup of oats and then we go to one and a half tablespoons of a brewers yeast and a half cup of raisins you can add more or less depends on if you really like raisins or not and a quarter cup of flaxseed meal also one teaspoon of cinnamon and you mix all the dry ingredients together make sure you just incorporate everything very well mix it make sure it's all mixed up so on to the wet ingredients it's 1 tablespoon of coconut oil there it is and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract which is very easy to find in any of your supermarkets now 1/4 cup of honey make sure you pour it and scrape everything out of your measuring cup with the scraper and because it gets very sticky and messy and almond butter with this you have to mix the almond butter first because it's separated the oil is usually on the top and all the almond mixes on the bottom so make sure you mix it first and we use a half cup of almond butter and all mixed in well then scrape it off your spoon and spatula and out of your measuring cup and just keep scraping it off okay so once you get all your wet ingredients in the bowl make sure you mix all the wet ingredients together and if your coconut oil is a bit clumpy make sure you just get all those clumps out and in to your mix so now we incorporate our wet ingredient mixed to the dry ingredient mix and I do it this way just will be a little less messy even though it's still pretty messy so just make sure you scrape all of that wet ingredient out of the bowl and into your dry mix bowl and so you're just going to keep mixing until you get kind of like a like a granola paste type of feel to it just mix it well and you'll you'll know once there's no more dry ingredients left over and it's all incorporated you'll know that it's well mixed so I used with this an ice cream scoop to scoop out the mix and it makes perfect little round lactation bites and I like to use this small one it's a 3/4 ounce scoop and so you place it in a bowl you scoop all of your mix in so now that it's all in the bowl you refrigerate it for about 30 minutes and just to get all the ingredients set and so now when you're done you just take it out it's delicious and enjoy these know baked oatmeal raisin right ok guys I hope you enjoyed this recipe I hope you found it easy to follow and as you can see this one he is not drunk he is out for the night so I've never made this recipe before I've been looking at you know in Pinterest and to see different recipes and this one I kind of made my own to kind of try out and hope it really boosts up the milk production and so far so good it's actually pretty tasty I thought like the brewers yeast because I've been seeing a lot of recipes lactation recipes that have Brewers East and I always thought that it might give it a like weird taste to the cookies the bites or whatever you wanna call that yeah yeah yeah and it didn't it actually tasted very good and I hope you enjoyed it hope you liked it so if you did give us a thumbs up and like the video subscribe if you're new and did you do a thumbs up at me and leave us a friendly comment and I'll leave the recipe in the bottom description so make sure to check on that so until next time thanks for watching say bye Amy and Euclid ventures money vlogs
