Please explain how to tie a slipknot with a woven wrap

Hi, I'm Rachel and this video is going to show how to tie a slipknot with a woven wrap. Right now I have two wraps tied together in the back so that you can see the knot easily. One's blue and the other is green and white. In a slipknot you are working with two tails. The over the shoulder tail we are going to call the slipping tail. This tail doesn't do anything but hang the whole time that you tie the knot. The tail coming under the shoulder we are going to call the "working" tail. This tail does all of the work of the knot. To start, you bring your working tail across your chest I'm going to come over here so you can see from your angle what this would look like. This is coming over my right shoulder. The working tail comes across over top of the slipping tail. Then it comes under the slipping tail and up toward my face. coming in between both tails. Then the working tail hangs straight down next to the slipping tail. It goes UNDER the slipping tail and this creates a little P or 4 shape. You take your working tail through that shape that you little hole and there's your slipknot! To tighten it, you can take your fingers on both sides of the working tails and pull both tails while holding the knot with the other hand. I'll show the same thing on the other shoulder. Now my slipping tail is coming over my left shoulder and my working tail is coming under my right arm. and then same thing here, just on the left side. The working tail goes over the slipping tail then comes under it and up toward your face. It hangs straight down next to the slipping tail. Then the working tail goes under the slipping tail You can reach your hand through this hole that you've made Then pull the working tail through that little shape that you've made. To tighten, pull the working tail like that. Now you have a knot that slides up and down.
