you memories are very important they're what we are left with when somebody dies and so children worry a lot about forgetting those memories and being able to preserve them in a concrete way is a really helpful and hopeful way to help children it's very sparkly and feathery oh wait there's my um old library card cuz I like books and and then here's a box that says mom and has a picture of her with a front and inside is one stone that I get we got from a service at the synagogue and they pass out stones too and I guess you kind of remind you of a loved one so that's those are what's in my memory box that's what Sam in every box I have her picture yeah this is me and her I think we were reading a book in the bed or something this is just a picture of her in front of the house even if you don't really have all that much stuff to put in it just putting a couple pictures putting anything in it it it does help if you ever feeling sad feeling lonely you can open it up and take a look and just feel better to make a memory box you could get a small box from the craft store use some glue scissors you could get pictures of your loved ones that you can put inside the box and decorate it however that your memory is I would recommend this activity because it gives you something to do and it reminds you of your loved or you
