hey hey hey folks welcome welcome to my kitchen today I'm going to do a recipe called raisin bread it's quite simple and nice and it's just you can have a foot breakfast obvious maybe your life's not cut at night yes or a reason we're going to do today before I go any further I just want to mention that I have my recipes in a book form eBook form basically elf open Amazon available on Amazon so you get a copy if I to get a copy I think I have it for 90 99 cents when you get that book you'll also get some bonus books to go with it so I'll leave a link up here so you get a copy for it if I have the wrong area excuse me media may be on the other side and I also leave a link for it in the description box below so let's see how I make the reason bread okay we're going to start with 4 cups of flour regular flour to this I'm going to add 3 tablespoons of white bread rang leaders sugar you could also use brown sugar if you like if you before I'm going to add 3 tablespoon of spoons of butter I'm going to add some east I prefer to use this brand of these you could use whatever you like I'm going to use a whole pack basically they use a use it as a measurement for me for this recipe I'm going to add one cup of reasons and 1/2 cup of cranberries I'm going to also use some water to mix everything together but first I'm going to use my hands and combine all the ingredients together make sure the butter is mixed in well with the flour and the other ingredients so that's what I'm doing now so like I said I'll be using some water are we gonna start with one cup of water - totally mix everything together make a nice - so here's my duo on mixed in and there's still a bit of flour at the bottom of the booze I'm going to add a small pinch of water to capture after the small bit of flour I'm gonna mix everything together now when you add in water just gladly add the water when you're mixing don't add all the water at one time so in length is to arrest for like about 10 minutes this template has passed then I'll need to do again I'm going to do again get a nice smooth do so what I'm going to do now I'm going to separate it do into two pieces two equal pieces to prepare them to put them in my baking pan which I have greased with some promise spray and it's all set aside ready so I'm going to need each piece Abdul's separate so as you can see with this recipe they get two recent breads with this - nice size recent breads with this recipe so I'm leading this do this one half they do I'm going to fold it just make like a rule like sort of thing as you can see here how it looks yes and I'm gonna put it into my baking pan and let that rise okay so I've done the two pieces of dough and then my baking pan and let them rise me t take about an hour to rise then we go to the oven so here are they do nicely risen fill up the pan that they have flap T pan and they took about an hour so I'm going to put them too big alright here's my reason ready took about basically our to be no I'm sorry about 35 minutes too big it's cool a bit actually still a bit hot so I'm going to some slice into it so you can see how it looks it's really still for breakfast or lead nice snack it really is nice it's not too sweet okay focuses in raisin bread ready ready to commit consumed we made a nice cup of tea I'd eat my reason bear with some butter that's it that's what I like to do okay thanks for watching take care bye bye
