okay so here we are again another experience this time now I'm in Nairobi Kenya deepest darkest Africa and I've been treated to local cuisine actually local food which I'm excited to have right now so it's actually called Oh golly and this is the weekend which means pushing the week and and with avocado apparently delicious addition you can make this meal anyway Oh golly is a mixture of maize flour and this is up Sawicki is actually kale mixed in with tomato and onion which creates a delicious flavor and apparently I haven't tried the but I've been told by the locals now by adding in this epic auro it really makes it delicious so let's put this to the test here's some more girly with some Sawicki and apparently supposed to eat like this guys and I'm gonna add in a bit of a bit of ever color as well and let's see how this tastes mmm well I must say the the old girl is quite mild but it blends in beautifully with the Sawicki because it is very delicious with the tomatoes and the onions makes an amazing flavor and this just adds a little bit of richness to it so all in all I would give this meal you know a good 8 out of 10 it's absolutely delicious and Ethiopia and you're by mail over there with the TIF but this is the tip bread but this is probably a little more delicious than what I experienced in Ethiopia I would be saying because I moved from Africa whenever in Africa I really want a good meal like this I never said to orient people over there you must try this feed it is very good for you so I'm working on my African accent still not there but I try and affect it but thanks for watching over now I hope you enjoyed this and if you ever come to Kenya make sure you try to look locally and so we
