hi I'm Damian bartender here at liquid Kitty in West LA California we're going to talk a little bit about a drink called The Incredible Hulk The Incredible Hulk was developed by a bartender at one of Sean Combs's restaurants in New York City probably in the nine late 90s early 2000s and it was really an inspiration to kind of boost the sales of hypnotic which is a liqueur that's made with passion fruit brandy and vodka mix of different kinds of fruit so it's a little bit on the sweet side and women used to order it all the time but men weren't drinking it all because it was a neon blue color because it was kind of sweet so it wasn't selling so this bartender at Sean Combs's restaurant thought we maybe we can mix it with brandy or some kind of nice cognac and see what it tastes like so when he did that put your glass with ice you do about ounce and a half of the hypnotic and then we use Hennessey today and then about an ounce and a half a Hennessy just an easy mix of the two and equal parts and then when you stir it up it turns green and with the brandy we'll take the the sweetness of the hypnotic out make a little bit more palatable men hence the name The Incredible Hulk it can also be known as some people call it a Shrek because of the green color but that's your Incredible Hulk and we're going to talk about the Key Lime martini Key Lime martini is one of those drinks that was developed actually towards the end of the martini boom closer to the early 2000s than the 90s that when most of them were made up to the Apple
