hello youtubers my family oh I'm about to make my supper for this evening I'm gonna make this is my menu I'm gonna have some fresh Peas you see mommy's cooking see the ham hocks in there and the return it's time for my cornbread okay I'm half cornbread and I'm gonna also have fried mackerel patties okay this is how I do it and I'm gonna show you how I do it today okay what I have put in here I have put 1 cup of flour 1 cup of cornmeal 2 teaspoons of baking powder and bite a couple of teaspoons of sugar and by the half a teaspoon of salt this is for my cornbread I'm about to put in the oven then I'm also gonna add an egg I'm gonna add probably about a half a cup of milk stir that together okay you know those the sugar is optional you really don't have to put sugar you know some people do especially people with kids so I'm grown-ups keeping a little sugar but I put the chute the sugar is optional okay okay the reason why I'm making my cornbread now is because it needs to be tin in the oven first okay hurry up and stir this up get this do it now my house the turn its heat down okay this is what I have I have some all in my pan and this I always put all in my pan to grease it some people spray don't use cooking spray make baking spray or whatever but I always use all you can use all that you have fried chicken in whatever you want to put in there it's up to you okay not my fried the mixture for my fried my curls okay these are the canned ones and what you do you can just empty min you know Bowl give them a good match the first hand that I use I I didn't use the juice i drained the juice in the second can i drained by half of it because I don't want it dry oh I don't want my Michaels dry so I say okay get a good match I prefer mine not to be debone but you do it your way okay okay okay another thing I forgot to do I'm gonna add my onions to the peas sliced up reduce the heat okay okay think I didn't got all the chunks out that I can see okay what I'm about to add is a few onions probably about 1/4 cup of the buqun's right about 1/4 cup of onions now this I want onions in you have to have well if you don't like onions like this you can always use the onion powder and which I'm gonna use folks I'm gonna add just a little bit onion powder in my mixture okay and I got two eggs here two eggs okay and I'm all at you see a little little salt they have salt in them but um add just a little salt and some black pepper this the way I was taught to do it okay okay make sure you stir it really well okay sure you stir it really well and this is something that my mom taught me how to cook back in the day okay I'm gonna add a little flour and a little flour this is what's gonna make it stick don't help it to stick okay I'm gonna measure by here take my ball is use the same recipe with purple hull peas field peas black-eyed peas any of you would work I also added some sugar and salt to this this recipe and so you just add whatever if you want green onions in it you can add green onions if you want jalapeno peppers you can add jalapeno peppers whatever your taste bud will enjoy okay I'm getting ready to plate this up I'm gonna check out a corner a piece of
