hey this is Jay get a lot of questions on people asking me how do I cook chard Swiss chard so I thought I'd shoot a quick video just to make it quick I don't want to make the video maybe like two minutes or whatever I get everything prepared I'm using a fish pepper but you can use cayenne pepper or whatever pepper you want and onion this is what I have mixed here and I'm out of fresh garlic so I'm going to use a garlic granulated garlic we've got a pile in a second anyway in this bowl I've got a whole onion like green you know the green part and the onion part itself as you can see I'm using red onion indentify see if you see those they're red in there that's the pepper I've even got a yellow pepper in there as well here's my chard here's my celery seed and garlic powder oils already in there so right here private there we see I've got my oven liquor stove on about three Sonia's get a little translucent here at my chart it's amazing this much chart is going to cook down pretty far so by Feliz pot up I think I'll get it I'll hit serve room for about maybe four people we want to have a skill too hot just you know but medium low but I'm on all makes us notice remember when you when you were younger people who are I'm four years old when used to cut up an onion and make you cry you know these days these onions you can cut them up no problem but this is very strong I'm already my two-minute mark looks like I can start adding my chart for a shark depending where you from I guess you're thanking me now cut my stems out of my chart but they're good in but you know some people are kind of creaky so so let me uh add this chart in here and cook it down and now get back with you in a second okay looking like a look like it's done now so turn the stove off here yep everything turned out perfect so there you have it Swiss chard thanks
