(to cook) Mexican style corn. Elotes and esquites. Two ways as it is prepared here in my place,
Toluca. And I hope you enjoy that. Well, one of the most traditional and popular
ways to eat corn in Mexico is as elote, like street food. It is traditional to find food stalls where
corn is prepared as a snack. Well, we are going to start taking a corn. Stick a skewer into the bottom. Spread some lemon juice. Spread mayonnaise. Sprinkle enough cotija cheese over all the
corn. Add some chili powder or the smoked paprika. Be careful with the chili powder. And voilá! It is ready! Enjoy it! The squites are similar but they are called
this way only when the corn kernels are already separated from the cob. Put some esquites in the half of a glass. Add some lemon juice add salt, mayonaise and
chilli powder fill the rest of the glass with more esquites. Repeat the process and add more lemon, salt,
