this is family Baker Harry temple he's been mixing up delicious bread and cakes for nearly 10 years but could we mix up some water did you ever go using you cans new mix in the bag mortar it's clean easy and super speedy yeah good stuff now take this bag it's got an easy to carry handle and because the bag is plastic you can even store outside you'll need a flat level surface like a lawn decking area or in your case Harry the patio here is fine chick there's nothing shot that could punch at the back you know tip the bag upside down and give you a really good squeeze to loosen up the powder be nice and power unscrew the cap and put it to one side now you need to add the water two and a half liters for this bag if you haven't got a measuring jug just find a container that holds this amount there's plenty around so of course you've got a measuring jug now pour the water in once it's all in be sure to squeeze out any excess air to avoid the bag ballooning like a pillow now screw the cap back on make sure it's nice and tight it's time to mix now we know you've got a light touch when it comes to pastry but this one's a really good kneading imagine it's a batch of farmhouse white that's the way start kneading from the center corner to corner squeezing and massaging as you go get the water totally mixed in with the powder after about a minute or two minutes if you're not in a rush check the window on the bag and see if you have a nice even consistency there should be an even color all the water should be clearly absorbed and there should be no patches of light-colored unmixed dry powder now cut along the line and open the bag to form a bucket right your mortar is now ready you can use it straight from the bag if you want however let's see what the mix mortar should look like shall we of course if you need a wetter mix just add a dash more water but that looks perfect there it might be a bit heavy for a meringue but it's perfect mortar for laying bricks well Harry I'd say that was a piece of cake wouldn't you and here's your you can certificate to prove it don't say you can't say you can
