hi this is Tyler thoughtful lacrosse and today we're gonna be teaching you how to string up a high pocket on your alpha-beta Hess's so now you're gonna take your piece of mesh out of the packaging and you're gonna wanna stretch it out so you get a nice deep pocket and short string and it won't be too tight and then you're gonna want to take this first 9 diamond row and fold this diamond over on to the next 9 down in the row and do that all the way down so you get this nice crease on the top of the mesh then you can pull it tight and make sure it stays folded right there so you're gonna take your top string at first and you're gonna make a knot just regular knot pull it through and then you're gonna take the string and come through this hole one more time just to make it a little bit thicker so that the hole won't have the knot slip through you're then gonna take the opposite end of the string you can take a lighter and just burn the sides of the string a little bit and just melt it and take your fingers boy like that to give it a nice tip it's that way you're gonna have a nice hard surface to be pushing through the holes take the piece of string that you just tip and this left under the 9 diamond drill go through the second hole on the head and come up through the bottom of the mesh and then back around for this hole again and then pull it through you're gonna then come back up through that hole again and you're just gonna make a little lasso and pull the mesh tight to the side of the head and now anchor it nice and tightly there you'll make sure you keep it taut the whole time and you're gonna grab the string and it come off into the first sidewall of the head under and through the bottom of this next piece of mesh on the 9 diamond rep make sure it's all taut can't go through pull it taut and have it nice like this I'm not there then you're gonna take this string come back down through that same hole you just came out of then come up through the top string hole and back through that loop that you just made doing that we're just gonna make sure you have a type of hole time and pull it down just like that you should anchor it down next you're gonna skip this next hole of mesh and come to this this fourth diamond come through the top string hole back through the hole and do the same thing again as you did to that second nine diamonds a hole and pull nice and talked again you can kind of pull the mesh over to make sure you're getting each diamond centered under that top string hole because your goal is to have this fifth diamond right under the middle of the head and you're gonna pull this one time come back down come back up through the hole right here plus one down again get nice and tight all right so we're just gonna do the same thing again skip one hole come to this next top string hole down back on through the mesh pull it through pull it nice and tight Center the diamonds back down through that same diamond hole up through the top string hole and through that wood now we're going to do that one more time come down this last piece of mesh and just straight through that second side of the hole pull it through you come back over into that last time and again and then just wrap the string around right into this hole pull it through and you can pull it tight and you'll anchor that piece of mesh to the sidewall again to keep the whole top string tight to the top of the head and then just like that first knot we started with on the top string I'm just gonna make it not come through and you get a little tighter come around again through the hole and then tie it off and I'll make sure that this top ring knot doesn't slip through that hole so after we finish our top string for the high pocket ornate go into the sidewall we're gonna take our sidewall link and do just a regular knot but then we're gonna come back through that loop again and make it nice and thick so it doesn't slip through the hole nice and tight then we're gonna take the opposite end when I first can't go through this next side we'll hole after our top string and up through the bottom of that first 10 diamond drill we'll pull that all the way through and then we're going to come back around to that same sidewall and back up through that 10 diamond drill then pull that piece of mesh tight to the side of the head now we're gonna skip one side wall hole come to this next one come in from the outside up through that next ten diamond drill and pull it up and talk to the side of the head keep pressure on that not skip one more side wall hole under this one and then do the same process doing an interlock with each following ten diamond drill and pull it nice and tight now because we want to hide all right we're gonna start loosening the mesh up so we're gonna do a 1 should I come through the bottom of this next ten nine minute row pull all the way through keeping it tight then we're gonna skip a side wall hole and going through that next one again this will start giving us our pocket a little bit I'm loosening up the channel the next we're gonna do it to we're going to come through the bottom of the next to ten Diamond rose I'll pull that all the way tight and kind of bunch it up together and then we're going to do another skip that hole and come in through pull it tight and we're gonna repeat that process again doing it to where we skip a sidewall hole with one two all the way through launch the mesh up together and go through the second side will hole after let's hang keep our pocket nice and high on the head we're gonna keep doing ones down there after the head you go through the bottom of the hole around the sidewall look tight we're gonna do another fit the bottom of the ten down bro skip a whole flip side again and now we're gonna come through the top of this next ten diamond drill come through this last side all from the inside out pull that tight and then I'm just gonna do a knot on it to make sure that the string stays tight through up so we're gets trying with all those thick knots on the end of love strings again and we're gonna come up to the second bottom string hole and then down this first one we're gonna pull that all the way through make sure the nock doesn't come out then we're gonna come up through this 99 Munroe after the last 10,000 ever used and then we're gonna go skip three diamonds and come down to the fifth row pull that down we're gonna come up the third bottom string hole through and then come back through that second bomb string hole that we started with I come down out of it at this time so look at this now we're going to come back up through that same fit nine dime in a row and then out skipping third or three diamonds again and down we're gonna come in through the fourth bottom string will go through and then this thirds whole we're gonna come back out of just kind of push it through now you just get a tie knot and that concludes our tutorial for the high pocket on our beta head I'd recommend this pocket for attackman or defenseman who like to carry the ball with both hands on the stick or even MIDI so you'll have to shoot a
