edition long today I am heading out to Cranford New Jersey and we're going to go do a little tour of one of the biggest companies here in New Jersey known as posh we're going to be talking with the owner of posh hopefully he gives us a couple of tips and tricks on how to grow a company to such a massive scale and also we're going to take a little tour maybe take a look at his equipment and what TV companies in New Jersey we try to raise the bar a little bit kind of provide the whole package the full-service DJ companies anything you want we'll make it happen anything from sparklers robots the photobooth you name it we make a nice hello you guys been doing this for 2011 I met my partner in we'll see we both worked at King to you at the time - radio station New York City it's all free 5k inserted as money go and then he had me up said this and I want to open up a company with you he offered me a partnership and I said no my girlfriend at the time now my wife said with a little see the guy on the radio I go yeah that was him she goes what's wrong with you you just told him no so then she talked me into what I called him back and it's been great ever since I joke around with them um what you know that's who you know could either have a background in weddings what he says I helped him out so I told him everything you need to know about weddings and he brought everyone he knew from like industry and stuff like that to the table he ever since then how'd you guys come up with the name posh as an excellent question everyone has to die no it has nothing to do with the gay bar near super it was supposed to hang out in Long Island named posh and I remember being blown away by that place and it did leave an impact I would say I named my company like oh I got me and my company activist Michael quick that's whether the whole name was kind of a dick montage place whatever one finger calm you bring like the club basically to the wedding right to the little people so we tell them you know like listen we're not your own nothing I'm dancing kind of company yes it does turn some people off they're like oh you don't even play like the Chuck's like really well we try to stay away from it did a lot of companies out there a lot of business to go around so I'm very honest with people I'm not going to do a great job teaching a crowd how to do the Wobble that's not my style today you guys have it that's posture tainment for you wait a minute you have all this stuff in the background you keep talking my secret well we'll be sure to pixelate all that stuff out all right can you handle eight so eight a day because i'm max about 500 yeah 500 events a year what's the secret just supply good good music and it is good music good tan and good entertainment don't come that's referrals you know the perks I think if I'd like to give you one tip is about getting reduced gives many reviews as you can but don't be a pest about so don't poke the bear so speak just one time for review if you leave it great if they don't believe it along the website do you recommend to collect your reviews in specifically wedding wire the na komm believe in how to Yelp I know yell just a food web site being also DJ companies around that you're one of the first with that to get that is alright guys you know you could have the yellow I reason myself as I go so yeah you read wedding wire we have five out of five stars so do all the other 99 I was going to tell you that they're a little biased because when you look at them everybody has good ratings everyone's blocked it okay I don't got the festive wedding everybody everybody has that at that tag on their website everyone wins no one wins and not festive weddings everyone the wedding wire couples Choice Awards Brides Choice Awards go on Yelp that's where the dirty laundry is I take a review off the Yelp it's not as easy you could technically take a review off a wedding wire Yelp is not as do you funnel most of your business through through those websites or you would say is referrals good question far yes I would say wedding wire and they're not the not more so not as bigger so I would say really of everything um Google search number one they're not com number two wedding wire then Yelp then Facebook girls is going to be easy so because if someone refers a friend block P already sold your results like you got a gold my man blow look at all those YouTube video goes something I've already sold when you're walking around I did an experiment I was going to film it I was like okay let me just type it into my area it took three pages before we got to somebody that had four and a half stars so you find a four point eight you run for the hills yeah of course let you find a four point eight restoran you're like oh my god is it like a best restaurant ever in the three and a half right on Yelp is like okay let's go eat there I'll try it out maybe somebody there it's weird that the wedding vendors are over five into five and it makes it really tough it's like it evens the playing field my perception of it is it's tough to get a bad review because you literally DJ tonight at someone's life they have nothing to compare it to so it's not like they're like you know I had my wedding last week in my wedding last week was so much better than their wedding this week it's like though they're not comparing it to anything they've never experienced 200 people that there's no love in a room whether you could have got them dancing more or less they don't know satisfy stars for every ms only time you're going to get a bad reviews if you really miss them alright so show us your most expensive toy what is it that your most expensive toys yeah a little CP Paul Yelland that's equipment blocks you always come back bar look at this it's a literally a mirror it's a miracle glowing mirror I hit punch screen too so there has a little touch screen film on and people can sign their names and stuff down my tower control device how nice strawberry well fits these are battery-powered this is the well fits the reason we use this is because of wireless technology we use wireless solutions W DMX Whedon company and basically their wireless technology works a football field or two purple ohoo walls like crazy stuff I've never seen that in chrome ever this is Shelby from oh not sure Regina Shelby product bro they have the charger built into the case right there on the bottom so that's all I don't have to pull your manga just drop them in and they're charging and then these are the bigger ones these are the older pairs these are the predecessors that's quite well and my god a monster that is a monster that thing is from ah um well 52w DMS right there that's why we need it long these are three projectors we use that for monograms more and more people are getting into that just using a regular projector and some benefits of it you can use gradients you can use a little bit of color could do animated ones I put it on the wall into fireworks that was pretty cool yeah I saw that yeah there are moving heads without shoulder roads in here and then these guys are these dance you thought the Nimbus was bad with making it wet on a dance floor slippery yeah this thing was like shooting out water so the Nimbus is a better design because they raised it how long have you been
